What to Upload

Drop these files into the OneDrive folder. The 3D scan is required — everything else is helpful but optional.

  .obj, .ply, .glb, .e57, .usdz, or .zip from Polycam, Scaniverse, or another scanning app

  Existing Floor Plans — if available

  PDF or image of any plans you already have

  Reference Photos — optional

  Photos of areas you want us to focus on, or inspiration shots
• 4
  Property Survey — for additions / ADU / 2nd story only

  Required for any project that touches your property line or footprint
