All REMODPOD design packages are delivered as engineer-ready plans — meaning they have been professionally reviewed by our design team but are not stamped by a licensed engineer. If your local building inspection department requires a stamped set of plans for permit approval, you will need to have them reviewed and stamped by a licensed engineer in your state. We offer a Structural Engineer Referral add-on (+$99) to connect you with a licensed SE in your area.
